Job Description:
The purpose of the role is to execute deployment, implementation, PoC or any such designated assignments by PDS and support one or multiple technology solutions implemented in the field.

Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring enterprise IT projects designed and developed by solution architects and as per SOW defied by PDM/PDS. Technologies include hardware (servers, storage, networking devices etc.), operating systems (Windows, Linux etc.), virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix etc.), backup software applications, networking, security etc.
• Post sales support for deployed projects maintaining the agreed TAT, with support and guidance from TDS or vendor tech focal as and when required.
• Documentation of issues, installation and service reports, customer sign-off, project schematics etc.
• Completing OEM specific certifications communicated by management within a stipulated timeframe.
• Readiness for learning and deploying any new technology that would be adopted by organization
• Case logging with TAC required for the projects or troubleshooting tasks.
• Onsite support at customer site as and when required and deputed

Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or a related field. Technical courses and certifications in software and hardware installations, operating systems will be added advantage
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in related technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detailing
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Being able to work in stressful environments. Assessing issues in a timely manner; and meeting deadlines.
