* Domain name system (DNS)
* Domain names and domain name registration
* Web Hosting
* cPanel/Plesk/Direct admin
* Drupal, WordPress, softwaresDotNetNuke, Magento software
* Simple Database functions like Backup/Restore
* Email Solutions
* Digital Certificates/Issuing
1.Troubleshooting, resolving all technical issues related to our range of products and services it provisions
2. Interacting with clients via. chat, web-based TT systems, and telephone to resolve their problems and gather feedback
3. Testing & analysis of all the provisions services.
4. Identifying problems/issues in the system and assisting in their resolution.
Education: BE(IT/Comm/E&TC/Elec), ME(IT/Comm/E&TC/Elec),B.Sc/M.Sc-Comm. BCS, MCS
CCNA certification will be Preferred.
