What makes a leader successful? Remember some of the greatest Statesman of all time, we also think of the good qualities they had. What made the stand tall and different? It was indeed their power to move inspire their followers or subordinates to make them partners in their mission. Successful leaders not only nurture positive environment but also train people around them for leadership roles. Not Thinking of themselves but building teams to achieve goals is the Hallmark of great leaders. They are role models and source of inspiration for the members of the team they lead they have a vision to see beyond short term goals. Leader and leadership

Leader is an individual and the capability to encourage the people a route to work for the common goal termed as leadership activity it is important to understand this distinction is the word leader and manager are usually  used synonymously. Manager is also a leader to some extent but does not necessarily mean that he or she is displaying leadership. Manager represents a formal authority in a limited sense. An important role of the leader is to motivate Liz or employees in the best possible way. It is not necessary that motivation comes only through monetary incentives. Motivation can also be future through creative ways. Objective of motivation is to keep employees relax and cope with stress in a better way. Culture and leadership
Every organisation has a unique system of beliefs, values and ethics. System broadly represents the corporate culture of the organisation. Corporate culture is an important element of the structure of an organisation. Corporate culture of an organisation is affected by its workplace environment, communication channels and managerial ideas and philosophies.

Corporate culture is an important factor contributing to the success of the organisation good corporate culture create positivity and high level of motivation and coherence among leaders and employees. If the culture is bad then it might act as a hindrance to any change in the organisation. It can act as an impediment to the good performance of the organisation under the influence of bad corporate culture employees main target wrong goals and achieve dubious means to achieve them.

Cooperation and trust: In an organisation the environment of openness can be created by inculcating the spirit of cooperation and trust among employees. Employees trust in leaders is also a key measure of how effective is the leadership. For encouraging employees to work in Team Spirit organisational environment will be such that leaders and employees should mutually trust each other. This helps in both leaders and employees concentrating on organisational goals which can be achieved faster.

 Creativity: Creativity in the functioning of a leader implies that he or she is ready to face new challenges and think out of the box. If problem is not solved in the usual way creative leader think differently. They do not hesitate in treading the path less travelled. Another word creative leader do not fear losing their job and challenge conventional thinking. Keep themselves in tune with changing times.

Risk: No business or venture can be immune to risk. Therefore the ability to manage risk efficiently is an essential requirement for organisations and their leaders. Adverse circumstances into opportunities to learn and grow.

Empathy : Empathy employees must show empathy with those customers who are facing problems in their dealings with the organisation. They should also take responsibility for their actions while dealing with customers. The attitude of employees health is creating a positive environment for rendering high quality customer service.

Award :meeting organisational targets become easier if employees are rewarded based on the quality and amount of their work. While recording employee ethics and fair play must be follow living room for biases. Leadership styles

All leaders and managers perform similar task of planning organising leading and controlling they may accomplish this staff in different ways that they may have different leadership styles commonly followed leadership styles are democratic autocratic and laissez- faire . Each style has its own advantages and disadvantages. The effectiveness of a style is judged by its effects on the performance of employees

Style Of Leadership

Democratic style leaders and managers following the style give a lot of importance to the Employees role in decision making. For every decision they consult the employees and take their suggestions. Innovation give importance to employees input while taking the decision. Leadership employees are made to feel important and empowered because they are approach to give their suggestions, Enables managers to get a perspective on an issue or problem from employees who are closer to everyday realities. However the leader in sure that only those employees are approached for suggestions who are experienced and matured. Uncertainty about the solution of this problem is overcome with the help of knowledgeable and experienced employees but it is not plausible to take in consideration every employees opinion employees for solution in this case might be risky during this time a leader or a manager may have to follow other leadership styles

Autocratic style: Leaders functioning in the autocratic style keep control over the decision making even for small task or issues. They do not consult employees at all. Only give directives to employees about their work and role in organisation. The freedom of employees is curtailed and they feel an important because decisions are taken without their participation. The gap between employees and the leader widens because of the farmers less involvement in decision making. The employees become  indifferent  And lose enthusiasm and urge to show creativity at workplace the autocratic leadership style must not be adopted with the experienced employees who want to voice their opinions on important issues facing there company.

laissez Faire– this style is based on free two way communication between the management and the employee. in the organisation following the laissez faire style, there is no or least interference in the employees work. Leaders give due respect to employees freedom. Employees are not under supervision but are responsible for their decisions. They must not blame the leadership if they can take their own calls this leadership is best with employees a self motivated, independent and knowledgeable and are capable of decision making. Style is best for employees who are goal oriented as it help them realise their vision. The style is not good when employees ability is used for the advantage of the leader. Sometimes this style can lead to a lot of resentment and spoil the workplace environment. An employee who is recruited recently I will not be able to take decisions on his or her own and that can lead to problems at work .

Transformational and transactional leadership: Robust ethical constitutes and philosopher interpretations. Transformational leaders are multi talented and articulate. They have a clear vision you will try this of the goals and can put in words appropriately. Beyond themselves and go the extra mile to make employees feel content. The talent and grow in the right direction transformational leaders are clean to get feedback suggestions from employees while trying to solve a problem they do in was employed and encourage them to give their respective making them feel proud for their participation. lots of time transformational leaders spent on coaching the subordinates and also in learning from them. Transactional leaders have a centralised control over their employees describe for behavioural compliance by employees. They are responsible for rectified employees ROM moves or actions by giving them feedbacks reprimand and even punishments the employee working under transactional leaders look forward to Applause and award for their work.
