Extraversion is a trait of expressions. It refers to the ability to express to other people. Social skills like talkativeness, the excitement while expressing oneself emotionally all represent the degree of extraversion in a person. The other extreme is mostly where a person does not like to surround themselves with people or is not very assertive in speech.   • Neuroticism

It is to do with the emotional stability of a person. Neuroticism refers to the ability of a person to handle their emotions. One extreme of this trait is where a person is unable to handle their emotions and as a result tends to have more anxiety, unhappiness, depression, over-excitement, mood swings, etc. These people are mostly more expressive and their personalities don’t attract attention. The other extreme is where a person feels extremely low levels of emotions and is more stable than the previous kind. They do not feel depressed and also lack an understanding of what an emotional person feels.

  • Openness

Some people who are adventurous or curious in nature are said to be more open to an experience. They have the urge to experience new things in life which might be out of their comfort zones. They are more creative and have a strong imagination which eventually makes them more insightful as they have a lot of experience which they gain knowledge from. People with this trait are more open-minded and tend to adapt to new ways more quickly. The people who lack openness are more traditional in nature and like to follow traditional methods of living. They do not like to get out of their comfort zone and try new things. They often find it difficult to understand new ways of life.

  • Conscientiousness

People with high conscientiousness are goal-driven people. They have a high sense of self-control and are passionate for what they desire in their lives.
