Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Salesforce Development Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Salesforce technologies and helping students or professionals build strong practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions on Salesforce.
• Train candidates on Salesforce Administration, Apex, Lightning, and CRM concepts.
• Design training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Guide students in real-time projects and case studies.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate candidate performance.
• Provide career guidance and interview preparation for Salesforce roles.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Administration, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform and implementation.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Certification (Admin / Developer) is an added advantage.
• Experience in corporate training or educational institutes.
