Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AWS + CCNA + Linux Trainer to design, deliver, and manage effective technical training programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong cloud
computing, networking, and Linux system administration skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring both students and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & amp; Instruction
Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions on:
AWS services (compute, storage, networking, security, etc.)
Linux fundamentals and system administration
CCNA networking topics including routing, switching, subnetting, protocols
Conduct hands-on labs, demonstrations, and real-world scenario exercises.
Curriculum & Material Development
Design, update, and maintain course materials (presentations, manuals, lab guides,
quizzes).
Ensure content aligns with certification objectives (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, CCNA,
Linux).
Assessment & Evaluation:
Develop assessments, practical tests, and mock exams.
Track and report trainee progress; provide actionable feedback.
Mentorship & Support:
Mentor learners, answer questions, and guide students through projects.
Provide career support, job readiness tips, and certification preparation.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect – Associate) required/preferred.
Cisco CCNA certification strongly preferred.
Linux certification (RHCSA, Linux+) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of technical training experience or hands-on IT experience.
Strong practical experience with AWS services and Linux admin tasks.
Proven CCNA-level networking understanding (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex concepts
clearly.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, virtual networks, and Linux CLI.
Experience with lab environments, virtualization, and cloud console management.
Strong instructional design and learner engagement skills.
Patience and mentorship personality, with a focus on practical learning.
