Job Description
Are you passionate about corporate sales, training solutions, and creating meaningful partnerships? Seven Mentor is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to
drive corporate training business and develop CSR partnerships with leading organizations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert leads for corporate training programs.
• Connect with HR, L&D, and business leaders to understand training requirements.
• Present customized corporate training solutions and proposals.
• Identify and approach organizations for CSR-funded skill development initiatives.
• Build relationships with CSR Heads, ESG Teams, Foundations, and NGO partners.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Training Sales, CSR Partnerships, or Business
Development.
• Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
🎓 Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Commerce, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
⭐ Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in CSR activities, NGO partnerships, Corporate Training Sales,
Skill Development Projects, Government-funded Training Programs, or Education Industry
Sales will be preferred.
