Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through field sales activities, client meetings, lead generation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities.


Identify and approach potential clients through direct meetings, networking, and referrals.


Promote the company's training programs, corporate training solutions, and services.


Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.


Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and references.


Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.


Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.


Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.



Required Skills:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.


Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.


Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.


Good networking and relationship-building skills.


Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.



Eligibility:


Graduate in any discipline.


0–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.


Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.


Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (preferred).
