Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate an Business Development Executive provides expert academic and career guidance to students, manages end-to-end admission processes, and leads counseling efforts to achieve enrollment targets. The role involves mentoring junior counselors, maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions, and ensuring ethical, accurate guidance aligned with students’ goals.


Roles and Responsibilities:

● Counsel students and parents on educational choices and career paths.


● Build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.


● Identify and meet sales targets for educational programs or services.


● Conduct counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars.


● Stay updated on educational trends and developments.


● Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.


● Assess student needs and provide personalized guidance.


● Provide academic, career, and personal guidance to students based on their interests,

abilities.


● Assess students’ strengths, challenges, and learning needs through interviews, assessments,

and academic records.


● Assist students with course selection, academic planning, and educational pathways.


● Offer career counseling, including guidance on career options, vocational choices, and

higher education opportunities.


● Support students in developing study skills, time management, and goal-setting Strategies


● Identify and address academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns, referring students to

appropriate support services when necessary.


Required Skills & Competencies:

● Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation calling.


● Good communication and interpersonal skills.


● Student counseling & career guidance.


● Strong communication & interpersonal skills.


● Lead follow-up & conversion.


● Time management & CRM/MS Office basics.


Qualification:

● Bachelor’s degree in any stream.


● Minimum 06months of experience in Education sales.


● Experience in industries such as EdTech.
