Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist (Placements) to build and manage relationships with corporate clients for student placements. The role focuses on onboarding new hiring partners, understanding their workforce needs, and ensuring successful placement opportunities for candidates/students

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

● Drive new client acquisition by building and nurturing strong relationships with corporates,
startups, and entrepreneurs.

● Identify and engage organizations willing to hire students for relevant job roles.

● Source and onboard hiring partners using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and search engine strategies (mandatory).

● Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

● Collect and document post-interview feedback from hiring partners.

● Work closely with Placement Coordinators to ensure candidate profiles align with client job requirements.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, interview schedules, and placement status in the internal CRM/portal.

● Achieve monthly client acquisition and placement targets as assigned.

● Prepare and share regular reports and progress updates with the reporting manager.

● Leverage existing client relationships to expand and strengthen long-term hiring partnerships.

● Represent the organization professionally with excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Proactively identify new hiring opportunities and market trends.

● Demonstrate a self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused approach.

● Exhibit strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
