Cyber Security Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cybersecurity tools, practices, and frameworks, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs (online/offline).

•    Conduct sessions on core areas such as:

o    Network Security

o    Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing

o    Cybersecurity Tools (Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, etc.)

o    Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)

o    Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)

o    Cybersecurity frameworks & compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)

•    Create training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.

•    Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats.

•    Mentor learners and prepare them for cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM).

•    Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

•    Strong hands-on experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, or related domains.

•    Certifications such as CEH, SOC, CHFI, WAPT (preferred).

•    Proficiency with cybersecurity tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and cloud security solutions.

•    Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

•    Prior experience as a trainer or instructor will be an added advantage.
