We are looking for an Education Counsellor to help students choose the right course based on their career goals. The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to guide students throughout the admission process.

Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel prospective students.

• Understand students' requirements and suggest suitable courses.

• Explain course details, fees, and benefits.

• Follow up with interested students.

• Convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain student records in the CRM.

• Achieve monthly admission targets.

• Provide a good experience to students and parents.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Willing to work in a target-based environment.
