Education Counsellor

We are looking for an Education Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions, provide professional counseling on academic programs, and support student success through effective guidance and ongoing engagement.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on educational choices and career paths.
  
   
• Build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  
   
• Identify and meet sales targets for educational programs or services.
  
   
• Conduct counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  
   
• Stay updated on educational trends and developments.
  
   
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  
   
• Assess student needs and provide personalized guidance.
  
   
• Provide academic, career, and personal guidance to students based on their interests,abilities.
  
   
• Assess students’ strengths, challenges, and learning needs through interviews, assessments, and academic records.
  
   
•  Assist students with course selection, academic planning, and educational pathways.
  
  
  Required Skills & Competencies
   
• Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation calling.
  
   
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
   
•  Student counseling & career guidance.
  
   
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  
   
•  Lead follow-up & conversion.
  
   
•  Time management & CRM/MS Office basics.
   

Qualification 

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  
   
• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Education sales. 
  
   
• Experience in industries such as EdTech.
