GMB Specialist

The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organizations and Businesses to create their online presence and manage how they appear on Google Search and Maps. Google plays a huge role in digital marketing, offering great chances for businesses to connect with their target As a Google Maps Business Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our presence on Google Maps and Google My Business (GMB), enhancing our visibility to potential customers, and driving traffic to our business locations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that leverage local SEO and digital marketing techniques.

Responsibilities and Duties - 

 Google My Business Management: Create, optimize, and manage GMB listings for multiple locations. Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date, including business

hours, address, phone numbers, and services offered. Respond to customer reviews and engage with users on GMB. 

 Local SEO Optimization: Implement local SEO strategies to improve rankings in local search results and on Google Maps. Conduct keyword research specific to local service

offerings and optimize content accordingly.

 Analysis and Reporting: Monitor the performance of GMB listings, track metrics such as views, clicks, and customer actions. Analyze data and provide reports on local search

performance, trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy.

 Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align Google Maps strategies with broader marketing campaigns. Collaborate with graphic designers and content

creators to produce visually appealing and informative Google My Business posts and updates.

 Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement through Google Maps features like posts, Q&A, and offers. Stay updated on industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices related to local SEO and GMB management.
