Hiring for SAP FICO/MM TRAINER

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and SAP MM (Material Management) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FICO and MM modules. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients, ensuring they gain a deep understanding and practical skills in using SAP FICO and SAP MM.

Key Responsibilities

• - Design and deliver high-quality SAP FICO and MM training sessions
• - Create and maintain course content, training materials, manuals, exercises, and assessments
• - Provide real-time scenarios and case studies for better understanding
• - Conduct hands-on practical sessions using live SAP systems
• - Assess and track the progress of learners
• - Provide post-training support for clarification and query resolution
• - Stay updated with the latest SAP updates and industry best practices
   

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SAP FICO and/or SAP MM consultant or trainer

• - In-depth knowledge of:
   
• SAP FICO: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Integration with MM
   
• SAP MM: Procurement Process, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Valuation and Account Determination, Vendor Master Data
• 
  - Hands-on experience on S/4HANA platform
• - Good understanding of business processes and integration points between modules
• - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  - Ability to tailor training to different audience levels (freshers, working professionals, corporate users)
• - SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
