Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our education/training organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals and trainers for various technology courses and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, Business Development Executive, CRM, Placement and technical trainers (Full Stack, Java, Python, Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
• Coordinate interviews with trainers, faculty heads, and technical panels
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
• Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements
• Collaborate with academic and delivery teams to understand skill requirements
• Support hiring for interns, freelancers, and contract trainers as needed
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (HR, MBA, or related field preferred)
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and education/training roles
• Experience with job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
• Good organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or education domain
• Knowledge of technical course structures and trainer hiring
• Exposure to bulk hiring or academic recruitment.
