Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Corporate Training division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business clients who are interested in professional development, upskilling, and customized corporate training solutions. This role plays a vital part in building a strong sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers (HR, L&D heads, Training Managers, Directors).


  • Generate qualified leads through outbound activities: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.


  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate clients.


  • Qualify leads based on company needs, budget, and decision-making process.


  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/account executive team.


  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation goals.


  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and generate interest.


  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for lead volume and conversions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).


  • 2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in training, education, or HR services.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Experience using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.


  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching out to potential clients.


  • Knowledge of corporate L&D trends and training industry is an added advantage.
