Mock Interview Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Professional to conduct industry-standard mock interviews for our students. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current market expectations and the technical domains we offer training in. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing student preparedness and aligning our mock interview standards with real-world industry practices.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical mock interviews with industry-level depth and rigor.

Evaluate student performance through cross-questioning, real-time problem-solving, and scenario-based assessments.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their technical and communication skills.

Stay updated with current industry trends, job market requirements, and evolving technical skill demands.

Collaborate with the academic/training team to refine interview processes and maintain high-quality assessment standards.

Travel to other branches once or twice a month, as per schedule, to conduct sessions or support related activities.


Required Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years of experience in relevant technical domains.

Strong technical foundation and understanding of current market trends, hiring expectations, and the courses we offer.

Ability to assess technical capabilities effectively and simulate real interview environments.

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
