Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Employer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and organizations to identify job openings, internships, and placement opportunities.
  • - Career Services: Provide career counseling, assist with resume building, and conduct workshops on interview techniques and job search strategies.
  • - Placement Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus placement events to connect job seekers with employers.
  • - Candidate Preparation: Prepare students/job seekers through training in soft skills, aptitude tests, mock interviews, and group discussions to enhance their employability.
  • - Database Management: Maintain and update databases of students, employers, and placement records to generate insights for career planning and reporting.
  • - Guidance and Support: Offer personalized career support, helping individuals align their skills, interests, and qualifications with suitable job opportunities.
  • - Reporting: Track and report placement outcomes, feedback, and employer satisfaction to improve future initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • - 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or training & development (preferred).
  • - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or database tools.
  • - Passionate about guiding and helping students/job seekers achieve career success.
