Job Description

The Placement Executive is responsible for managing and facilitating the placement process for candidates, ensuring successful employment with partner companies and clients. This role requires strong skills in recruitment coordination, relationship management, and candidate counseling. The Placement Executive will act as a bridge between employers and job seekers, preparing candidates for the job market and ensuring smooth and effective placements.

Key Responsibilities
 

1. Candidate Placement

  • Coordinate and facilitate the placement of students or candidates in suitable job roles based on their skills, qualifications, and career goals
  • Understand current job market trends to guide candidates toward relevant opportunities.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews through resume building, mock interviews, and career counseling.
  • Connect with HR professionals to identify and fulfill job requirements.

     

2. Employer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
  • Act as a liaison between employers and candidates to ensure clear communication and a positive placement experience.
  • Regularly meet with employers to understand job openings, hiring needs, and recruitment timelines.

     

3. Job Matching & Coordination

  • Match candidates with appropriate job openings based on qualifications and career aspirations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with both candidates and employers.
  • Maintain and update the database of job vacancies, candidates, and placements.

     

4. Career Counseling & Guidance

  • Provide job search strategies, interview preparation, and career guidance to candidates.
  • Help candidates enhance their employability by developing key soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management.

     

5. Placement Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of placements, including candidate details, job roles, and employer feedback.
  • Generate periodic reports on placement outcomes, challenges, and overall effectiveness of placement activities.

     

6. Networking & Outreach

  • Participate in job fairs, career expos, and employer networking events to expand placement opportunities.
  • Promote placement services to both candidates and potential employers.

     

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure completion of all necessary documentation related to placements (contracts, agreements, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols for all candidate and employer information.
