Job Description: 

The Placement Executive is responsible for managing and facilitating the placement process for
candidates, ensuring that they are successfully placed in suitable job roles with partner companies or clients. This
role requires a blend of recruitment, coordination, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on understanding
the needs of both candidates and employers. The Placement Executive plays a critical role in preparing candidates
for the job market, guiding them through interviews, and managing communication between job seekers and

Key Responsibilities:
· Candidate Placement: Coordinate and facilitate the placement of students or candidates in job roles
based on their skills, qualifications, and career goals. Understand the job market trends and requirements
to guide candidates to suitable opportunities. Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews through
resume building, mock interviews, and career counseling. Connecting with Hr’s for Job requirement
· Employer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and
industry partners to understand their recruitment needs. Act as a liaison between employers and
candidates to ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for both parties. Regularly meet
with employers to assess job openings, hiring criteria, and recruitment timelines.
· Job Matching & Coordination: Match candidates with appropriate job openings based on skills,
qualifications, and career aspirations. Coordinate interview schedules, follow up with candidates and
employers, and ensure timely placement of candidates. Maintain a database of job vacancies, candidates,
and placements, ensuring records are up-to-date.
· Career Counseling & Guidance: Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, including job search
strategies, interview preparation, and market trends. Help candidates develop soft skills like
communication, teamwork, and time management that enhance employability.
· Placement Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of placements, including candidate
details, job profiles, and employer feedback. Generate and maintain reports on placement success,
challenges, and overall effectiveness of placement activities.
· Networking & Outreach: Participate in job fairs, employer networking events, and industry seminars to
build relationships and create placement opportunities. Promote the services of the placement
department to both candidates and potential employers.
· Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed for each
placement, including employment contracts, agreements, and any legal or regulatory requirements.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection regarding candidates and employers.
