Job Description
A Pre-Sales Executive in the networking training domain is responsible for counselling and guiding prospective students about networking courses and certification programs. The role involves understanding student requirements, explaining course benefits, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into admissions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
Explain networking courses such as CCNA, CCNP, Cyber Security, Cloud Networking, and related certifications
Understand student career goals and suggest suitable courses
Provide information about the course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support
Follow up with leads and maintain enquiry records
Coordinate with trainers and admission teams for smooth onboarding
Conduct counselling sessions and course presentations
Achieve admission and revenue targets
Build and maintain good relationships with prospective students
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT certifications
Ability to counsel and guide students professionally
Sales and lead conversion skills
Knowledge of networking technologies and certifications from companies like Cisco and CompTIA is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
