Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive student enrollments for our EdTech programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counselling prospective students, and converting them into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
Counsel students on career options and learning paths
Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and events
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and negotiation ability
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
