Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue growth in the EdTech domain. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving targets, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, ensuring high conversion rates
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partners
- Conduct sales presentations, demos, and counselling sessions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and campaign success
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in EdTech / Education / Training industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a strong focus on results
- Experience in handling inside sales / B2C sales is an added advantage
