SAP FICO & SAP MM Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and industry-oriented SAP FICO & SAP MM Trainer to deliver comprehensive training to students and working professionals. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP implementation concepts, configuration, business processes, and real-time project scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in SAP FICO and SAP MM modules.
• Explain SAP concepts, configurations, business processes, and real-time industry scenarios.
• Provide hands-on training, assignments, case studies, and live project-based learning.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and course content.
• Guide students in completing practical exercises and industry-relevant projects.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep course content updated with the latest SAP features and industry requirements.
• Support students with interview preparation, resume guidance, and career-oriented training.
• Maintain training quality and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Technical Skills Required

SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling):

• General Ledger Accounting (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders and Product Costing
• Financial Statements and Reporting
• Integration with SAP MM and other modules
• SAP S/4HANA Finance knowledge preferred

SAP MM (Materials Management):

• Procurement and Purchasing Processes
• Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order
• Goods Receipt and Goods Issue
• Inventory Management
• Material Master and Vendor Master / Business Partner
• Invoice Verification
• Pricing Procedures and Release Strategies
• Stock Management and Valuation
• Integration with SAP FICO, SD, and PP
• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement knowledge preferred

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems and real-time business scenarios.
• Experience in corporate training or classroom/online training.
• Strong problem-solving and student mentoring abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• SAP implementation, support, or consulting experience.
• Experience delivering SAP FICO and SAP MM training.
• Knowledge of current industry practices and SAP certification pathways.
