Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SAP HCM Trainer to deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions for students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for providing in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP HCM implementation experience and a passion for teaching and mentoring learners towards professional success and SAP certification readiness.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

  • Conduct SAP HCM training sessions in classroom, online, or hybrid formats.
  • Deliver detailed instruction across modules such as:
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Time Management (TM)
  • Payroll
  • Personnel Development (PD)
  • Enterprise Structure Configuration
  • Ensure practical understanding by demonstrating real-time scenarios and live project-based examples.
  • Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews to evaluate learner progress.

     

2. Curriculum Design & Enhancement

  • Develop and continuously update SAP HCM training material as per the latest SAP releases and industry practices.
  • Prepare project case studies, exercises, and documentation for hands-on practice.
  • Align training content with SAP certification requirements and placement needs.

     

3. Learner Support & Mentorship

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to learners throughout the training period.
  • Assist learners in understanding real-world SAP HCM project implementation and data configuration.
  • Support students with interview preparation and career guidance.

     

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the academic and placement teams for batch scheduling, student tracking, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learner progress.

     

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field.

     

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation or support projects.

Prior experience as a trainer or corporate instructor preferred.

Strong conceptual and functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules and processes.

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA HCM is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Ability to explain complex SAP concepts in an easy and engaging manner.
 

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR Analytics modules.

Familiarity with integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (FI, CO, etc.).

Experience with LMS platforms or online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams).
 

Work Mode

Hybrid Model: Combination of classroom and online sessions based on batch schedule.

Flexible training hours (weekday/weekend options available).
 

Engagement Type

  • Freelance / Contract-Based or Full-Time (depending on availability and expertise).
