We are Hiring Java FullStack Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Web Developer Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in full stack development and a flair for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting live coding sessions, guiding projects, and preparing candidates for real-world development roles.

Notice Period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• - Deliver engaging classroom or online training sessions in Java Full Stack Development.
• -Train students on technologies including:
• Backend: Advance Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Core Java, C++
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React.js
• Database: MySQL
• - Prepare training materials, curriculum, exercises, and hands-on projects.
• - Monitor student progress and provide feedback and guidance.
• - Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and code reviews.
• - Mentor learners to help them transition into full-time developer roles.
• - Stay updated with industry trends and update training content accordingly.

Requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development.
• - Strong communication and presentation skills.
• - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
