Interview Round : 1st we will screen the CV and then call the candidates for face to face interview, then a Desktop Support related test will be given to them and after completing the test, their interview will be conducted. Number of interview rounds are 2.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our CoPilot, Power Automation, and Bot Automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, coupled with expertise in automation technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate, robotic process automation (RPA), and conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities :-
1. Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for CoPilot, Power Automation, and Bot Automation projects.
• Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

2. Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide regular updates on project status, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts as they arise.

3. Team Leadership:
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

4. Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of automation technologies, including Microsoft Power Automate.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in automation, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

5. Quality Assurance and Testing:
• Implement robust quality assurance processes to validate the functionality and reliability of automation solutions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from stakeholders to drive iterative improvements.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and performance metrics to senior leadership and project stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in IT project management, specifically in automation projects.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, including Microsoft Power Automate, conversational AI.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications preferred.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
